Job Description

  1. Channel Development & Performance Growth
    Responsible for developing distribution channels in the direct-selling health supplement market. This includes introducing strategic partners, negotiating with key distributors, and driving sales performance growth.
  2. Strategic Partner Recruitment & Resource Integration
    Identify and engage high-potential strategic partners. Proactively explore, evaluate, and integrate quality channel resources and networks within the health and direct sales industries to attract capable core teams and business partners effectively.
  3. Distributor Engagement & Training
    Organize and execute both online and offline distributor meetings and marketing events. Provide distributors with comprehensive support and training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market strategies.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years of business development experience in the direct-selling industry.
  2. Strong understanding of the direct-selling business model, industry characteristics, and market trends. Demonstrated ability in proactive marketing, market research, and analysis.
  3. Well-established network and customer base in the health supplement industry. Excellent skills in communication, organization, coordination, and business negotiation.
  4. High level of professional ethics, integrity, and accountability.
