1. Return Eligibility
- Cooling-Off Period: Customers and distributors may return products within 7 calendar days of purchase if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs .
- Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Customized or promotional items (e.g., bundles, limited-edition products).
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.
- Items past their expiration date or stored improperly.
2. Return Process
- Contact Customer Support: Submit a return request via email ([email protected]), providing your order number, reason for return, and photos of damaged items (if applicable).
- Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Ship Products: Package the items securely in their original packaging and ship them to our designated warehouse. Include the RMA number and proof of purchase.
- Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a company error.
3. Refund & Exchange Options
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 21 days of receiving the returned items, credited to your original payment method or as store credit (your choice).
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, specify your request during the return process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Distributor Returns: Independent distributors must follow the same process but may have additional considerations (e.g., BV adjustments).
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure products are returned in resalable condition (unopened, undamaged, with intact seals and labels).
- Retain proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, order confirmation) for all returns.
- Notify us immediately of any issues with your order to avoid delays.
